This Privacy Policy applies to LHS Electronics Pte Ltd (UEN: [insert UEN]), a company incorporated in Singapore and a wholly owned subsidiary of LHS Group (S) Pte Ltd. Our registered address is 19 Kallang Avenue, #03-157, Singapore 339410.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy governs how LHS Electronics Pte Ltd collects, uses, discloses, and protects Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), the Advisory Guidelines on the PDPA, and applicable regulations as amended from time to time. It applies to all personal data collected via www.lhse.com.sg, our contact forms, email communications, sales interactions, and on-site visits.
3. Personal Data We Collect
• Identification data: name, job title, company name, NRIC/FIN (where required for site access)
• Contact data: email address, telephone number, mailing address
• Interaction data: enquiry type, solution area of interest, message content
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, website analytics (GA4)
• Indoor positioning data: where Mapsted or COSMOS systems are deployed — anonymised location telemetry only; no personally identifiable tracking without express consent

• To process RFQ requests, sales enquiries, and technical support tickets
• To provide systems consultation and project delivery services
• To send relevant product and solution updates (with opt-in consent)
• To comply with regulatory and contractual obligations
• To improve website performance and user experience (anonymised analytics)
5. Legal Basis
Collection and use of personal data is conducted under the purposes notified at the time of collection. Where consent is required under the PDPA, we obtain express consent via form checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
6. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data may be disclosed to: authorised brand principals and distributors for RFQ processing; our parent entity LHS Group (S) Pte Ltd for group governance; technology platform providers (DeepCtrls, Varadise, Mapsted, Juhang) under data processing agreements; professional advisers under confidentiality obligations; regulatory authorities as required by Singapore law.
7. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes, or as required by law. Sales and project records are retained for 7 years. Marketing opt-in records are retained until consent is withdrawn. Technical support records are retained for 3 years post-resolution.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. All staff are trained on PDPA obligations.
9. Access, Correction, and Withdrawal Rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to, and correction of, personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to withdraw consent for collection, use, or disclosure of personal data.
